North Okanagan Sailing Association located at Paddlewheel park on Okanagan Lake.
Fees
Fees include breakfast & lunch on Saturday and Sunday, plus a barbecue on Saturday night.

Schedule
- Registration will start between 18:00 and 20:00 hours Friday night.
- Registration will continue between 08:00 and 09:30 hours on Saturday morning.
- Racing will commence at 9:45 on Saturday morning with the last race of the day starting before 04:00.
- Racing will start on Sunday commencing at 09:00 with the last race starting before 12:00.
- The awards presentation will take place on Sunday shortly after the last race on the deck of the NOSA clubhouse.
Rules
- The Regatta will be governed by the ISAF Racing Rules of Sailing 2009-2012.
- The Prescriptions of the Canadian Yachting Association will apply and will be posted on the Official Notice Board.
- Changes to the Racing rules will appear in the Sailing Instructions.
- If there is a conflict between languages the English text will take precedence.
Eligibility and Entry
The Regatta is open to all classes and sailors who are members of the Canadian Yachting Association.
Advertising
Advertising will be restricted to category A.
Classification
- There will be handicapped X-Mono and X-multi classes.
- In addition there will be one design classes for any design with at least 5 boats in the regatta. Possible one design classes include 420, Laser, Opti and SeaSpray.
- The ISAF Sailor Classification Code will apply.
Sailing Instructions
The Sailing Instructions will be available at the registration desk during the registration periods.
Venue
Races will take place on the waters of the Vernon arm of Lake Okanagan in the vicinity of NOSA which is located in Paddle Wheel Park.
Courses
The courses will appear in the Sailing Instructions.
Scoring
For the X-monohull and X-multihull fleets the Portsmouth wind adjusted handicap will be used. The values are assigned by the Regatta Coordinator and posted on the Official Notice Board; values are not subject to appeal.
Prizes
Prizes will be awarded for the first three boats in each class.
